How do I upload meeting recordings with VOCAP?

Download the recording from Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or any other platform and upload it to VOCAP like any audio or video file, up to 500 MB. VOCAP transcribes it and generates a summary with the tasks and decisions from the meeting.

Are there team plans or team accounts?

There are no multi-user team accounts or monthly plans yet. Hours are sold in one-time packs (up to 30 hours for €29.99) that never expire. If you need more than 30 hours or an invoice for your company, email us at hola@vocap.io.

What happens to the recordings we upload?

Your audio is only used to transcribe it and is deleted from our servers once it is done. To transcribe and analyze it, the audio and the text go through OpenAI's and Anthropic's services. The account keeps the transcript and its analysis, not the audio. Payments are handled by Stripe.
