By using VOCAP, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully before using our service.
1. Service Description
VOCAP is an audio and video transcription platform that uses artificial intelligence to:
- Convert audio to text
- Generate automatic summaries
- Extract action items and key points
2. Requirements for Use
To use VOCAP you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide a valid email address
- Accept these terms and our privacy policy
- Have credits or an active subscription
3. User Account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password secure
- All activity under your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use
4. Credits and Payments
- Credits are consumed based on audio duration
- Purchased credits do not expire
- Subscription hours are renewed monthly
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe
- Prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes
5. Refund Policy
- Unused credits: Full refund within 14 days of purchase
- Subscriptions: Cancel anytime, active until end of period
- Processing errors: Full refund if we cause the error
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use VOCAP to:
- Transcribe content without proper authorization
- Process illegal or harmful content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt to compromise our systems
- Resell the service without authorization
7. Content and Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your original audio
- You retain ownership of resulting transcriptions
- VOCAP technology belongs to us
- You grant us license to process your audio for service delivery
8. Limitation of Liability
VOCAP is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- 100% transcription accuracy
- Uninterrupted service availability
- Error-free summaries
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
9. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify features and functionality
- Update pricing (with prior notice)
- Suspend accounts that violate these terms
10. Account Termination
You can close your account at any time. Upon closure:
- Access to all transcriptions will be lost
- Unused credits will not be refunded (after 14 days)
- Personal data will be deleted as per GDPR
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the service provider's domicile.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
