- Usage data: Transcription history, dates and durations
- Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe (we don't store card details)
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, for security
3. Audio Files
Audio files you upload are:
- Processed immediately for transcription
- Permanently deleted after processing
- Never stored on our servers
- Never shared with third parties
4. Purpose of Processing
We use your data to:
- Provide the audio transcription service
- Manage your account and credits
- Process payments
- Send service-related communications
- Improve our services
5. Data Sharing
We only share your data with:
- OpenAI: For audio transcription (Whisper)
- Anthropic: For summary generation (Claude)
- Stripe: For payment processing
All our providers comply with GDPR and have appropriate data processing agreements.
6. Data Retention
- Audio: Deleted immediately after transcription
- Transcriptions: Stored while your account is active
- Account data: Until you request deletion
- Payment records: As legally required (invoices)
