How does the subscription work?
Each plan includes a number of monthly transcription hours. Simply upload your audio or video files and in minutes you'll receive the complete transcription with automatic executive summary.
What happens if I run out of monthly hours?
You have two options: purchase additional credits as a one-time payment (without changing plans) or upgrade to a higher plan with more hours. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month, but you can always adjust your plan according to your needs.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard, no questions asked. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again.
Is my data and recordings secure?
Absolutely. Your audio files are processed and deleted immediately after transcription. We only store the resulting text and summary. We comply with European GDPR and never share your data with third parties.
What audio formats do you support?
We support the most common formats: MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, WebM, OGG, FLAC, and AAC. You can upload recordings from any source: meetings, interviews, podcasts, voice notes, etc.
What languages do you support?
VOCAP is optimized for Spanish (Spain and Latin America) with high accuracy. We also support English, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, and over 50 additional languages.
Can I try before paying?
