No. VOCAP transcribes the recording after you download it from Zoom/Meet/Teams (an MP4 or M4A file is enough). If you specifically need a live bot, Otter.ai is the better choice for that use case.
What happens to the audio I upload to VOCAP?
The audio is only used to transcribe it and is deleted from our servers when done. To transcribe and analyse it, the audio goes through OpenAI and the text through Anthropic. Your account keeps the transcript and its analysis, not the audio.
